The Fair holds regular meetings from September up to the event in June, and then we hold a debrief following the fair, a week or so later.
There are four subgroups that make up the Fair:
- Site and Infrastructure
- Finance and Administration
Meetings are typically on Wednesday nights at 8pm. Depending on the time of year, we usually have a meeting for each subgroup per week, followed by a General Meeting. All meetings are open to the public and we would like to invite you to join us at any meeting that interests you.
Most meetings are held at the NCI on Holland Street, CB4 3DL. We would like to thank the NCI for the continued use of their facilities.
